Ladies, getting a little style help is not shameful, it’s smart!  Getting FREE help, even better!  The Westfield Style Tour is a great place to interact with knowledgeable stylist handpicked by the one and only, Stacy London!

I was super excited to attend the Westfield Style Tour at Westfield Culver City earlier this month.  I had a style consultation, a mini-makeover (I never pass one up!) and an interview with Stacy London.  It was an amazing day!

During my free wardrobe consultation, I worked with Style for Hire stylist, Jennifer.  She showed my some super cute pieces from stores at Westfield Culver City.  Some of the stores I’d never consider shopping but I will now!

For example, this little jacket.  Super cute, right? It’s from the Worthington label at JCPenney! Only  $35! Everyone I spoke with at the event was in LOVE with this coat. I’ll be making this purchase!  Great for suits or jeans!

One of the Style for Hire stylists was wearing the Worthington jacket paired with snake skin jeans and HOT heels! Love this look! Edgy, professional and fun!

I asked Jennifer about belts. I’m terrible with belts.  I never have the right belt for a look and I rarely tuck my shirts. She recommended one of these bright belts paired with the dark snake skin pants. A great way to bring fun color into a fall outfit!

Shoes, shoes, shoes! Embellished with studs, you can wear flats or a stacked heel on days you want to keep things comfortable when out with the kids.  Western style boots are hot for fall, according to Stacy London!  This pair will appeal to your edgy side without going too “cowgirl”!

Here’s some style inspiration set up by the Style for Hire stylists.  I am already planning to buy a military inspired jacket and a chambray shirt to create this look with pieces I already own. Remember to shop your closet first and build on what you own.  Sometimes just remixing your wardrobe pieces is all you need to create a fun new outfit!   Adding an updated accessory or jacket is another great way to change up your outfit without spending a lot.

I was happy to see at least one outfit with red heels!  I love them paired with the floral print.  The saturated colors of the print are perfect for wearing this fall.

Later in the day, I met and interviewed Stacy London. I’ll share in an upcoming post what we chatted about- there is too much to share to add on to this post!

If you are in the San Diego area, head to Plaza Bonita this weekend, October 27 and 28 for the final stop of the Style Tour. You’ll receive similar services as I talked about here. Jennifer will even be there!
