A Wardrobe in Bloom

A Wardrobe in Bloom by amominredhighheels

One of the best parts of spring is wearing floral print fashions. While many floral prints may remind you of Grandma’s couch, there are plenty of wardrobe pieces that look modern and can be worked into your outfits.  A single floral item is all you need to create an outfit celebrating one of nature’s greatest gifts, more than that and you’re pushing tacky.

Take for example, the floral skirt shown above, when paired with a basic tee, a leather belt, some edgy accessory and combat boots, you have a beautiful potpourri of textures and styles the create a winning outfit. It’s neither too frilly, nor too daring but sweetly hip.

Embrace florals this spring. If wearing a bloom print simply isn’t your style, try some of the great beauty products featuring floral scents, designs or packaging.

This post was inspired by the gorgeous white rose bouquet sent to me by Degree Women in honor of the new collection Natureffects. Degree Women wants to remind us to add a touch of nature to your home because the survey they conducted found that:

“88% of all women surveyed agree that bringing nature into their homes lowers stress and makes them happier.”

So, while you are out shopping for some lovely floral wardrobe and beauty pieces, stop by the local florist and pick up a beautiful bouquet to add to your table!

The gorgeous arrangement sent to me was created by Christina loves…The Bloom Room in Redlands, CA.
