Happy New Year! I am so happy to have you a part of A Mom in Red High Heels going into 2010! It will be an exciting year, for sure!
As I look back on 2009 and the growth and changes that took place on A Mom in Red High Heels, I am excited to see what the Top Beauty and Fashion Content was for ’09.

- Hair Makeovers- women have such a love-hate relationship with their hair! When they become moms, it becomes even more of a challenge! We want it long but the baby grabs. We don’t want ponytails everyday, it makes us feel frumpy. If we go short, it requires more upkeep (+ money spent, + time away from family). What to do? Before making a commitment to a cut, get some good advice and try on some new styles pre-cut! That’s what many of you did in 2009. Beauty Task Force members Neil Weisberg, Amanda George (both from the Neil George Salon in Beverly Hills, CA) and Jordana Lorraine (at Dino Clark Salon in Santa Monica, CA) were helpful in recommending new styles and colors for women who emailed me a picture, their hair concerns and their budget. - Speaking of Hair…the Brazilian Blowout™ was a HIT in 2009! Everyone was talking about it, reading up about it, asking lots of great questions and THANKFULLY…I had help from my personal Brazilian Blowout™ expert, Jordana.
