Skinny Jeans Success Story

It’s time to pull out your jeans! Hurray! I love wearing jeans! But what’s that? You are having a problem getting them to zip? I know the feeling. Mines called Muffin Top and it’s horrible. Time for some serious motivation to get back into those skinny jeans! Check out how one Fit Yummy Mummy did it! I think I speak for all Moms in Red High Heels when I say, “We are so proud of you Dani!”

Dani’s Skinny Jeans Journey “I DID IT”

This is it!!!!!!!!!

I finally fit into my skinny jeans with ease!

Dani’s Journey began in March 2008:

“Now it took me 9 months to put on my baby fat so I am going to allow 9
months to get it off! It’s already been 2 months since joining Fit Yummy Mummy and 4 months after having Oscar (and I have finally been able to pull them up over my hips).

However the muffin man appears if I take a deep breath and pull the zip!

Soooooo……..I want to fit into them comfortably, a little loose around the thigh area and no bulge over the waist area. My goal has been changed toAugust now (as so many of you think I will achieve it way before November)…wish me luck!”

I took the before picture 20th March 2008 to share with you my skinny jeans journey.

My stats from March 2008 to August 2008:
Body fat was 30% – now 26%
Bust was 37? – now 35.5 (I know it’s sad when they go….
Waist was 33? – now 31.5?
Hips were 40? – now 38?
Mummy Tummy muffin was 37? – now 34.5? !!!!!!!!!!!!

GRAND TOTAL OF INCHES LOST WITH FYM PROGRAM = 7.5 inches!!!!!

I felt my supportive foods were critical during my trip overseas even
though I couldn’t fit in my workouts as often as I would have liked to.
Now that I am back, my primary focus will be my workouts as I am
comfortable with what I am eating now….
