Skin Help for Aging Skin

Confession time: what is the number one concern you have about your skin? Most of you are going to say AGING (my hand is raised too!), some of you will say breakouts and a handful may be so lucky as to say, “nothing!” If that’s you, I’m jealous and you can’t sit at my table anymore (kidding…sort of).

In a time of super busyness, lack of sleep and probably not the best diet/exercise plans, you need some skin support. I happen to know a really great product I want to share with you!

It’s a skin-boosting gel supplement called “help: revitalise my skin.” Jam-packed full of good-for-skin nutrients, this supplement contains 2 specific ingredients that work to slow aging: Coenzyme Q10 and Aloe Vera.

You’ve heard of CoEnzyme Q10, right? This powerhouse supplement is considered the, “cellular spark plug that revs up the cells” according to one of my favorite books, “Shed 10 Years in 10 Weeks.” We lose CoQ10 as we age so replacing it is essential! If you need more info on its benefits, read “What is CoEnzyme Q10?” because all the scientific talk makes my head spin. I just know it’s good for you and it helps slow the aging process (I verified this with my pharmacist husband who has been taking a CoQ10 supplement for years!). That’s enough for me!

Aloe Vera has moisturizing and healing properties which delve deep into the cells for optimal results. It gives a nourishing effect on the skin and can aid in skin regeneration by strengthen skin cells, which results in a younger looking, healthy complexion! Love it!

Do note, this is a gel supplement. Each dose comes in its own pouch so you can take it along with you. It tastes like apples and has the consistency of thin apple sauce. It’s an easy way to help your aging skin stay healthy! Take the contents of one pack a day.  I’ve been taking it for a couple of weeks and love that I’m doing something healthy for my skin because, honestly, I’m not getting my beauty sleep like I should!

* help: revitalise my skin is safe to consume if you are diabetic, coeliac or a vegetarian. However, if you are pregnant or nursing, you should always consult your GP before taking any food supplement.

Informative post. Better share this details to my mom. Drinking lots of water, Eating organic food, proper skin care and having enough sleep are also good ways to have youthful glow.

    Hi Tammy,

Great stuff! Didn’t know that CoQ10 can be taken this way (I’ve been getting http://products.mercola.com/coq10-ubiquinol/). Can I take side by side with my supplement?

    Thanks

Jello- Better check with a medical professional since I’m not one :) I do take regular multi-vitamins with the help: revitalize me skin. Thanks for your comment :)

  5. Tammy Gibson says:

Christy- I know. I feel your pain. CoQ10 is actually anti-aging but the Aloe Vera in this product helps with inflammation so that will help with breakouts :)
