Review: Max Factor Lipfinity 3D MAXwear

 Max Factor LIPFINITY 3D Lipcolor

I have never been a big fan of “long lasting” lipcolor because they always left my lips dry and stained some awful color that wasn’t quite what I was going for. I would try a long-lasting product in hopes of not having to reapply lipstick so often throughout the day or night. What I would end up doing is applying gloss much too often because when the gloss wore off, my lips were creased because of how drying the long lasting lipstick was.

So, when given this Max Factor Lipfinity 3D MAXwear, I admit, I was doubtful that it would be any different.

To my pleasant surprise I think Max Factor did a great job with this long lasting lip product. There are two steps to this product.

  • First, you apply the lipcolor and let it set for 2 minutes. The color was not too shocking without gloss and it did not dry my lips.
  • Then, you apply the gloss over the lipcolor which adds some shine, moisture and shimmer. I tried the 80′s Pink color (510) and I thought it was a perfect color for summer…it gives you that sun kissed pink color that looks so great with that little extra sun on the face.

I think this Max Factor LIPFINITY 3D Max Wear Lipcolor is a great find. I was so pleased that I have changed my attitude towards long lasting lipcolor and think it actually may become a staple in that makeup bag of mine. So if you have had the same whoa’s with long lasting lipcolor I think you should give Max Factor LIPFINITY 3D Max Wear Lipcolor a try…I think you will be pleasantly surprised like I was!

It’s funny that you posted this as I just used one of those “other” long-wear lip colors that leave your lips flaky and dry. I too have stayed away from them for that reason. I only tried that one yesterday because my daughter had it. Needless to say, I had pink flakes hanging from my lips within an hour. YUCK!

Anyway, I’m looking forward to trying the Max Factor product you have reviewed. Thanks.
