Resolve to be More Organized

I just asked my hubby if he was going to set any New Year’s resolutions. He said, “Yeah, like I do every year and they never work.” Like it’s the resolutions fault?
I hold no judgement. I’m the same way. Every year I resolve to drink more water, exercise more often, eat more fruits and veggies, take care of my health in general. Many people do this, just look at how gym attendance rises in the first two months of each year.
This year, I’m making a different resolution. I’m going to resolve to be more organized; with my schedule, with my work “file” system (which is just a bunch of paperwork on my desk) and with my household. I get anxious and overwhelmed with clutter, which leads to being unproductive.
I know I’m not alone in this. Being a mom takes super organizational skills to get it all done. Some women are born organized. For the rest of us, we need to stock up on tools to help in the journey.
