I have used this as well and it works. When I was 13 years old, I read about it and slept with the mayo in my hair – thinking it would help make my hair softer if I kept it in overnight. Anyhow it took longer to wash out but definitely hydrated my hair. Rinsing your hair with vingear helps make it more shiny as well.

Shameless plug, I know! But, does’nt this just scream for a “Wrapadoo”? Imagine that gross plastic cap covering your sloppy mayo-evvo locks? I’ve actually used this combo for my hair. It is one of the stinkiest things you can do but the most effective. Give it a try for the softest, shiniest hair you’ve ever had.
