I love this story!
La Crosse, WI: More than 200 men, including members of the Onalaska Police Department, walked in red high heels during the Walk a Mile in Her Shoes Men’s March Against Domestic Violence.
One in every four women will experience domestic violence in her lifetime, according to the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence. These men want to be a part of the solution to ending sexualized violence.
Great job guys! Thank you!
On a lighter note, the men reportedly received some tips prior to the walk that women can use to:
- Always walk heel to toe
- Don’t lock your knees or thighs
- Sway your hips
