Pumpkin Attacks Fat

Holly does it again!  Holly Rigsby, author of Fit Yummy Mummy and a true Fit Yummy Mummy herself, has put together the best workout video for the Halloween/Harvest season!  Attack your fat with this great Halloween Fat Loss Pumpkin Workout!  All you need is a pumpkin, pillowcase and 15 minutes!

You’ll do exercises like the Pumpkin Chop, Headless Deadlift, Pumpkin Plank with Knee Tuck and Reverse Lunge with Pumpkin Twist followed by the Interval Pumpkin Hop!  Get a small pumpkin for your kiddos and do a family workout!  Enjoy!
