But I’m telling the truth!!! The brand is called Polish Mama and it is currently sold in the US, but the idea…. The concept behind this brand is that their nail polish are chemically safe to be used by pregnant women. For you know, when you are pregnant they always tell you to be careful of the chemicals you put into your body and to consider your unborn child. Yea, that’s where this brand comes in! A quick note to Cat: I spoke with our chemist regarding the appropriateness of Polished Mama for your niece with respiratory disease. He assures me there is nothing in the polish that could affect her respiratory system. We suggest that she proceed slowly though, by introducing the polish a little bit of a time into her environment – maybe open the polish in her presence for a minute or so, then longer and longer exposure times, just to be sure she can tolerate it. Thank you so much for introducing this product! I’m going to research this further. I have a 13 year old niece with a serious lung disease and she can’t use any product containing harsh chemicals or a strong odor. She’s just getting into beauty products and loves nail polish but unfortunately has never been able to have her own nails done. This could change that. Thank you!
