    Get Her Look: Meg Ryan

    By Tammy | September 25, 2008

Looking simply gorgeous on the cover of InStyle magazine this month is Meg Ryan, mother of two.  I have always been a fan of hers and, I can’t deny, her hair!  At 46, this mama is looking better than ever, don’t you think?  Here is why she is looking so fab:

”Whatever you put on your body, or do to your hair, or do to your face, should be some sort of extension of yourself, not some trend that someone wants you to follow,” Ryan has told InStyle. “The simpler, the better.”

To get Meg’s waves spritz on Bohemian Beach, an eco-friendly styling spray that can be used wet or dry.  Finish with Mise en Plis spray by David Babaii (yes, the brand co-created by Kate Hudson).  If you don’t have naturally wavy hair, find out how to create them!

While the magazine doesn’t give the breakdown of the makeup used on Meg (how RUDE!), the look is minimal.  The focus is on her lips with a sheer red color.  Try Nars Lip Gloss in Bad Education (sheer crimson red).

Watch for Meg in her new movie The Women.  It looks like a great chick flick!

      Hi,

I just found your blog while searching for hello skinny jeans. I love your blog. Have you had anymore experience with these jeans? I was going to order some, but read about their customer service and now I’m not so sure…. I can’t wait to read more on your blog. Please check out mine! maybe you can address my past fashion emergency post? Looking forward to more posts!

      Julianne,
It sounds like the Jeans themselves are good but the company customer service…not so good. Perhaps find them at an independant retailer? I’ll be honest, I’ve been getting SO many comments on the poor customer service that I began to wonder if it was spam against the company.

Thanks for finding my blog and enjoying it! I’ll check your out!

      Tanny,

The customer service for HelloSkinnyJeans is the worst that I have ever encountered in my life. I was told that they didn’t care about my order because they have more business than they can handle. “More business than they can handle.” I think that kind of says it all but it was worse than that. I am glad that you honestly warn your readers. Ordering from them is a gamble.
Oh and Meg looks great! I love InStyle magazine.
      Kathy
