When do you make time to run a business with your busy MOM schedule? I hit the ground running when the kids go to school. I believe the busier you are the more you can get done in a day. I have learned how to bundle errands and plan ahead.
What is your favorite beauty tip? Moisturize! I love Skin Food by Weleda.
What did your mother teach you about beauty and fashion? My Mom died when I was little. I think I learned what not to do from my stepmom growing up. Granted we lived in a small town and it was the 80′s, but her makeup was over the top. Think Tammy Fay eyelashes….
Tell us about the outfit that makes you feel confident and beautiful. I like jeans with boots, a frilly top and a cute shrug paired with my costumed designed Nelle & Lizzy jewelry.
What’s your favorite online site to shop for beauty or fashion? Anthropologie for clothes and Vitacost for skincare.
What motivates you to look your best? Knowing that I am going to run into people I know around town.
As a mom, “Me Time” is limited… what are your time saving beauty tips? I get up before the kids and get ready so it is not so stressful in the morning. I order a lot of my skincare products and clothes on line.
Name one beauty product you can’t live without: Lipstick
Heels or flats? Describe your favorite pair. Heels. I like wedge heels. My feet feel better after wearing heels all day than they do after wearing flats.
Lip gloss or Lip Stick? Do you have a favorite brand/color? Lip stick. I like earthy reds.
Any additional comments on beauty and style you’d like to share: I struggle to make sure I do not dress too young for my age. When I see a middle aged woman dressed like a teenager I always want to nominate her for the show “What Not To Wear”. I think the most beautiful people are those who are confident have their own style.

The first thing I noticed about her was her gorgeous hair. Such beautiful ringlets!

Oh, and I totally agree about wearing flats. I think ballet flats are cute, but they are so UNcomfortable. I much prefer a small heel or wedge.
