I have a favorite smoothing cream for my hair. I’ve been hooked on it for about 6 months. It now has a challenger. I’m not kidding, I found a drugstore brand to compete with my beloved Brilliantine from Bumble & Bumble!
L’Oreal Studio Glossing Cream is very effective in smoothing out the little strays. It is lightweight (dare I say lighter than Brilliantine? Yes!) and smells di-vine! Added bonus, it adds a nice gloss. Such benefits for a mere $4.99. Hard to pass up. Maybe the $14 I save from buying the drugstore brand instead of the salon brand can go toward my kid’s college fund…or maybe a Starbucks run? Available at mass retailers.
How to Use:
Apply a small amount in damp hair. Distribute evenly and style as usual. Or, apply after styling to polish your look (this is how I like to use it).
