first off. i love your site and newsletter.
october is important for breast cancer awareness–
having lost a mother and a sister to it, i am very vigilant in reminding people year round. do that monthly breast check and get a mammogram yearly. if it runs in your family, talk to your doctor on when you should start having them anf how often.
if we catch it early enough, we can ,most likely, beat it.
