Hot Mama to 3, Kelly Ripa , helped kick off the first "Live with Regis and Kelly" High Heel-A-Thon to raise money for the March of Dimes, which is dedicated to preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. The event took place in New York’s Central Park. Next year, I’m there in my Red High Heels!
