When I received a jar of iQ Derma RestorEyes Triple Zone Eye Therapy, I had no idea what it was for and if I even needed it. I purposely did not read the “benefits of” as I wanted to objectively test this product. Of course, I was assuming it wouldn’t drastically alter my face for the worse and was hoping for some noticeable improvement in my dark under eye circles and tiny squint lines (sometimes known as crows feet but I prefer to call them squint lines, Thank you).
I threw away the box immediately and did not research the product. The writing on the jar gave no clue as to the benefits; only directions on usage. I faithfully used it as directed ; a dime sized dollop on my under eye area morning and night.
When I first used it, it tingled somewhat so I figured it must have been busy doing something! Later, on Day One when I passed by the mirror and caught a glimpse, I noticed a general “brightening” of my eye area; even my eyes looked sparkly! I noticed no difference in regards to my under eye circles or “squint” lines.
I continued to use RestorEyes just as directed for about a month and I did indeed, notice the disappearance of the dark under eye circles and the tiny squint lines. I think if I had had larger, saggy wrinkles around my eyes, it may have been more dramatic of a testimony but I was happy with the results I experienced!
Now it was safe to research the product. Thank goodness I found nothing alarming. The ingredients include Haloxyl which is an anti inflammatory and Ronasphere which is a powder that filters the light, making wrinkles less visible.
I didn’t expect Botox in a jar; I expected to look better and this is just what the product did. Though it didn’t really make my squint lines disappear, I certainly couldn’t detect any. It didn’t really make my dark under eye circles disappear either, I assume, but looking in the mirror, they were gone.
At $85 a jar, I wouldn’t be able to afford such a luxury but if I could, I would certainly indulge myself. It may not have been a “cure” but it certainly made me look better and feel better so to me, that’s a small price. If I had more wrinkles and if , when I run out of RestorEyes, I notice myself suddenly looking older, I think I’ll start saving.
mannequin won the RestorEyes Triple Zone Eye Therapy in a contest here on A Mom in Red High Heels! I asked if she would share her thoughts on the product. I’m so glad she did! Here is more about mannequin:
“Mother (funny how that’s always the first descriptor!) of an eleven year old charmer of a son and one “somewhat” grown son, I am the new kid on the bloggy block; it’s me, mannequin!
I love to write and so it comes pretty easily although I am not much of a writer! My website is entitled “Fractured Toy” as at one time, not too long ago, I thought of myself as such. I’ve learned many things in my lifetime and one of the most important is that we can never go back but we can pave the way to our future.
Aside from my children and Mr. Man, I derive great pleasure from tearing apart anything with a circuit board inside, I like to sew and I am habitually looking out the car window for treasures people cast out, much to the chagrin of Mr. Man.”
