A New Haircut Doesn’t Have to Mean ‘Short’

How many times have you heard women say they don’t want to change their hairstyle because they don’t want to go “short”?  Have you said this yourself?  Hair has such an emotional meaning for woman and they somehow feel that they will lose their “power” (sexiness, femininity, or other such characteristic) if they make a change and remove the long length they worked so hard to grow.

Bobbi is a marathoner (she’s going to Boston in April!), educator, business woman and wife (not a mom yet but we’ll feature her anyway…lol) who decided to let go of the history in her hair and make a change.  She didn’t go “short”, she still has plenty of length, but she did have 8 inches taken off.  What a beautiful transformation her hair experienced! It’s healthy, full of volume and still long!

Is your hair in need of a new look? Don’t fear a change and don’t think you have to go short to get change. Taking off several inches, adding some layers and maybe a bang will make you look fresh, youthful and renewed! Let Bobbi be your inspiration and take the plunge!

How long has it been since you’ve had more than “just a trim”?  Take the poll and tell us!

When is the last time you made a change to your hairstyle?
