Fringe (frinj): A decorative border or edging of hanging threads, cords, or strips, often attached to a separate band.
Fringe is hot for fall! Add a little fringe to your hair by adding bangs. Add sexy swing to your step with fringe adorned boots. Add instant style to your outfit with a vest, scarf or necklace that can be removed if baby is being too grabby.
The best way to wear this trend is in moderation. Wear a single fringe piece to prevent yourself from looking like your toddler who is buried under a pile of spaghetti!

I have to say, I really don’t like fringe! But you know what? The scarfs on your page are actually cute! That would be a good way to incorporate the trend in a way I could handle!
I think I’ve always had a thing for fringy boots. And I know I had a belt like that about 10 years ago. It’s amazing how trends cycle. The theory being that if you keep things long enough they will come back in style. I’m not a packrat…I can’t do it!
Thanks for the beautiful Polyvore, as usual.
Tiffany, I have to agree with you. Fringe boots look cute on others but on me, I feel too BoHo. I like the scarves (black, pink, gray ones) and the gold tassel necklace. A simple piece is a good way to incorporate the trend, like you said. The clutch is cute too
Kellie, I think keeping the items to wait until the trend comes back only on really high quality items. If you spend a few hundred $ on boots or a belt, you should keep it in a dry, dark place for your future wardrobe or perhaps your daughters
She may think they are really cool when she is in HS!
Haha laughing at being burried in a pile of spaghetti image. Loving the fringe skirt.

I love this trend. It is something different and fun. I would only do a little of this trend as in a scarf or handbag at a time. A great way to show off your style this fall!
