If you want to make an impression this Christmas, gift something that is engraved for the recipient. It is extra special to receive a personalized gift. Your time, effort and thoughtfulness will be appreciated (seriously, so much better than a gift card)!  Really, a personalized gift is the perfect gift and totally Santa approved!

My favorite personalized gift for men and women that I am recommending this year is an engraved gift from JORD. Recently JORD Wood Watches started offering engraving on the back of select watches or on the wood gift box the watch comes in. The wood watches make unique, beautiful gifts and become significantly more special with the watch engraving.

Here are the details you need to know about the wood engraving:

  • JORD can engrave the back plate of the following series: Fieldcrest, Reece, Frankie35, Frankie, and Conway. The cost of engraving is $35.00, and you can choose block or script engraving.
  • JORD can engrave the side of the cedar wood presentation box that the watch comes in. The cost of engraving is $45.00 and you can choose block or script engraving.
  • For character limitations, please visit the website
  • Engraving will extend your delivery time by up to 7 business days so plan accordingly, customization is not a last minute thing!  Check out the savings offer below then head over to place your order now!

I chose to gift a Woman’s Frankie in Zebrawood and Champagne to a friend of mine.  I think she will be pleasantly surprised and wear the watch often.  She has commented about my own JORD watches so I know she loves the look. Won’t she be surprised to find out that hers is personalized with an engraving?!

I love this watch. It is so classic and elegant with its simple design. It is perfectly sophisticated with a subtle touch of glamour (I’m eager to add this model to my own collection of JORD wood watches and want both the Zebrawood and Champagne combo as well as the super cool Purpleheart and Plum combo!).

I had the back of the watch engraved in script with her initials. On the Frankie, the engraving was limited to 20 characters (including spaces) so I thought a monogram was the best way to go for her but if you have a sweet saying (ie: I love you or Best Friends Forever), you could have that done instead.  Engraving the box is a great way to go for longer personalized messages (up to 100 characters). Larger watches can take up to 35 characters. Check website for all the details.

  1. That’s a thoughtful way of giving presents, having the gifts engraved. It shows that you care a lot about the person. Speaking of caring for the one your giving presents to, this Kidioke might be your cup of tea. It’s a sing-along music playing story book for kids, perfect for the little ones this season.
