The other day I helped my friend hold one of her newborn twins. This little guy was all of 6 pounds at a month old but let me tell you, my arms were tired after that 10 minutes of sweetness! I forgot how strong your arms get when you carry a baby around all day, let alone two like my friend! I realized that my twice weekly workout isn’t doing the job of strengthening my arms and I need to step up the pace a bit!

I am thrilled to have found Banglz Bracelets! These 1/2 pound weights are a comfortable way to add a bit of resistance when I go for walks, do the laundry, sweep or any other household chore. They can be incorporate into my day easily and as a bonus, they are cute!
Developed by two moms wanting to be strong and healthy, Banglz are a stylish way to incorporate more fitness into your day! With 14 different cover options, you will find a set to go with practically anything you wear. Designed to look like bangle bracelets, the weight goes with you on your errands, to the park or any place that you want to enhance your activity and burn more calories.

Try wearing wearable weights like “Body Togs” scientifically based weighted sleeves worn on your arms & legs under your clothes that help you to burn more calories, muscle tone & bone density. Weighted vests work great too!
These are amazing. I received a pair of ankle and wrist weights about a week ago and will be reviewing them soon on The IE Mommy.
So far…I am beyond impressed with them.
