Bold, beautiful colors by CoverGirl are now available in Eye Enhancer 4-Kit Shadows. These BLAST colors are not for the woman that wants subtle definition! No, no! They are for the woman that wants to be noticed. I generally am a neutral, subtle color kind of mama but when I sampled the Dynamite Drama BLAST Enhancers I wasn’t shy about it.
The Dynamite Drama colors are going to work great with my Fall wardrobe. The colors are deep purple, gold, cream and a gorgeous (but surprising) spring green. I wasn’t sure how I was going to use all 4 colors in one application. We all know how to do the three-color application but four? The application instructions only used 2 of the colors per application (one for day, one for night). So why buy a quad?
I had to ask the experts.
First, I emailed lebec cosmetics for some help. She promises a color chart of the application. I’ll let you know when that arrives.
Second, I asked my 22 year-old step daughter (yes, she is an expert!). She wears lots of bright colors and her eyes always look great when she wears makeup. She suggested using the cream on the brow and center of the lid for highlighting, the gold as the lid color, the purple as the liner and the green as the brightener at the inside upper and lower corners. The result? Pretty! I will use that application style again for sure!

The color palette is designed to take you from day to night bringing your eyes out beautifully, without overshadowing. You can use the colors together or individually. The shadow blends easily and the powder is smooth. The Eye Enhancers 4-Kit Shadows come in 10 enhancing kits (Crystal Waters looks gorgeous for blue eyes!) and 2 BLAST kits (including this Dynamic Drama Kit).
Thirty customers reviewed this product a 4.5 out of 5 stars on CoverGirl.com
The average Total Beauty review was a 3 out of 10 (12 user reviews). Most reviewers complained the color was too light but I did notice that the majority reviewed the lighter enhancing colors instead of the BLAST collection. If you want your color to show, use the BLAST 4-Kit Shadows (also available in individual color compacts).
Retail around $5.60 at mass retailers.

I’m a big scaredy cat when it comes to eye color. I usually just use black eyeliner smudged. I would LOVE to be able to use different colors but I suppose I’ve just not found the right type and have no idea how to properly apply SO, I’ll be looking forward to the instructions you spoke of.
Tammy, you’re great!
