Stylist Rebecca Contis of the Argyle Salon & Spa says, “Loose Sexy “Beach Hair” works best for hot summer weather. It’s low maintenance, and super sexy with shoulder bearing summer styles.
Start with a light styling lotion, apply evenly from the roots to ends on towel dried hair. Depending on your natural texture you can either let your hair air dry or dry it loosely with a large round brush. Once hair is dry, take a large barrel curling iron set to medium heat. Starting in the front, randomly take large sections of hair starting at the mid-shaft and wrap ends around the barrel of the iron, continue curling up to the root. Finish this sexy style with a touch of Defining Invisible Hair spray by Davines and a drop of Rose Veil shine serum.
For a no fuss version, separate wet hair into two sections and braid before bed, sleep on it or let it air dry. In the morning simply take the braids out and run hands loosely through hair. Finish by running a dime size drop of Rene Furterers Control Emulsion Anti-frizz styling cream.”

This sounds easy! I will try it on my unruly hair.
I tried this and loved it! I just used the tools I had, and it definitely didn’t come out looking like the models, but I still loved it. (I have a big barreled/brush curling iron instead of just a normal one, and my regular gel instead of a styling lotion.) My curls didn’t come out as distinctive, but still very summery! Thanks!
