Product Girl: Lucky is my favorite magazine for a few reasons: 1) an awesome beauty section that always inspires a few purchases and 2) they present style in a way that makes it seem attainable to me and it’s not pretentious.
Beauty On A Dime: SELF is my favorite mag because they feature a great mix of health conscious tips with natural, fresh and totally obtainable beauty looks that I can actually see myself wearing. I also love their smart editorial that tackles not just the trends but some of the major issues facing women today. *(note: Maghound does not offer SELF magazine at this time.)
Beauty Blogging Junkie: My favorite is ELLE: Their beauty coverage is the best in the biz. They don’t insult readers’ intelligence by skimping on the scientific research on many of the products they feature and the mag’s general tone is savvy, smart and stylish. Their beauty editorial team is PHENOM. I also love to catch E.Jean Carroll’s “Ask E.Jean” column for her hilarious, but always useful advice.
Hair Thursday: Although I love magazines such as In Style, Harper’s Bazaar and Lucky, I can’t tell a lie. My very favorite magazine is US Weekly. What can I say, it’s my ultimate mindless guilty pleasure!
The Jet Set Girls: I’m going with Allure. It has fab beauty tips, plus in-depth articles and I love all the columns: Insider’s Guide, Fashion Stakeout and the part of the celeb profile where they have her comment on all the old photos.
Makeup Bag: This is like asking me which child is my favorite! I read and love them all but my favorites are Elle (for all the reasons Beauty Blogging Junkie mentioned), Lucky (for all the reasons Product Girl mentioned) and InStyle because I love the celebrity scoop along with the fun mix of beauty, fashion and lifestyle.

Glamour – the Dos and Don’t in the back! Plus they have great articles about relevant topics and nice (but not too edgy) fashion spreads

I love TimeOut NY for new dining spots in the city, themed fashion roundup in GQ, and the entrepreneur section of Inc Magazine.
All About the Pretty: Elle, Lucky, Essence, and Food and Wine.
Makeover Momma: My favorite beauty magazine is Allure, because it looks at beauty and makeup like science. Sometimes the articles on makeup application or the chemicals behind a hair product are so long, I feel like I’m getting a degree just by reading it!
Makeup and Beauty Blog: I love Real Simple for its clean design, helpful tips (home/beauty/career) and yummy recipes!
As for myself, I adore People Style Watch. They have great celebrity outfit breakdowns, beauty and fashion from high end to budget-friendly and it’s always packed with the latest Hollywood looks.
