Don’t you wish EVERYTHING had automatic doors? Wow, how many times have you gotten to your car with your hands too full to even unlock the doors? Or how about the school entry when you are running late? It never fails that on the day you drop your kids off right as the bell is ringing, the door doesn’t open easily and you are stalled trying to get the handle to cooperate! And, I’m sure you all remember the days of baby strollers, too many shopping bags and a crying toddler? Maybe you still live that reality today? The video made me giggle because it’s SO TRUE to life as a mom! Automatic doors, like drive-thrus, make our lives so much easier, not too mention cleaner since we don’t have to touch germ covered door handles! Thanks to The American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers (AAADM), automatic doors are very real and very safe today (we just wish we had more of them!).

hello! I “liked” them and wrote on their page. Personally I would like to see them at my school. Some of the newer buildings have them, but I sometimes see people in wheelchairs struggle to open doors. If I am around I always ask if the need help if I see a struggle, but others dont.
