Happy Birthday America!
While you are out celebrating the day, remember to apply your sunscreen 15-30 minutes before going in the sun. If possible, stay out of the direct sunlight between the hours of 10 AM and 4 PM when the sun’s rays are most severe. To keep your skin from looking as old as America is, keep in mind that UVB rays are the main cause of sunburns, DNA damage & skin cancer. Protect your skin!

Actually, while UVB rays cause sunburn, UVA rays cause skin cancer and wrinkles.
Check out http://www.skincancer.org/understanding-uva-and-uvb.html for more info, and make sure your sunscreen contains titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, avobenzone (a.k.a. Parsol 1789) or Mexoryl SX in the active ingredients, and to reapply after 90 minutes of sweating or swimming!
