Are you ready to make 2013 your most beautiful year yet? I hope so because if you follow these tips, it will be!

6 Tips to a More Beautiful You:

1. Live Joyfully. Having more joy in your life will give you a youthful glow!  Find a hobby, build relationships and do something everyday just for you!
2. Exercise Religiously. Help your body regain it’s youthful energy! You’ll look and FEEL better!
3. Less Not More. Clear your life of activities, people and things that are just clutter and are no longer benefiting you. This cleansing will make you happier, which makes you more beautiful!
4. Sleep Tight. To be excellent every day and your most beautiful self, you have to get your sleep! Your required number of hours may be different than mine so be honest with yourself and get the time in that you need.
5. Consistent Effort. Making an effort every day to care for your skin, hair, health and wardrobe will help you look your best. The good news is, you won’t need to make an effort after a while, it will just be a natural process in your day!
6. Care from the Inside Out. Eat your green leafy veggies, delete dairy, refined sugar and processed foods from your diet, drink lots of water and take anti-aging supplements that help your skin receive the nutrients it needs to help the skin retain moisture and protect collagen and elastin fibers.

Imedeen® can revitalize your skin from the inside out.  A true innovation in anti-aging skincare, Imedeen® is a daily tablet that works from the inside out and has been shown to work in as little as 90 days in reducing fine lines and wrinkles, improving skin quality and moisture balance, and protecting collagen and elastin fibers against oxidative damage.

From the Imedeen® product line, the Imedeen Time Perfection® is specialized for the skincare needs of women who are 40 years of age and older. Imedeen® goes deep down in the dermal layer (see below) where the process of skin aging begins, unlike skincare creams that only reach the top layer. It works as part of your daily skincare routine to help make skin on the face and body feel softer, smoother and more supple. The beauty of the product is it works throughout your entire body, not just your face, to strengthen and improve the skin’s invisible building blocks through targeted nutrients that help skin retain moisture and suppleness.

Are you ready for your most beautiful year yet? Your age does not matter, you can look better than you have in years by following these tips to a more beautiful you in 2013!

  1. Great tips to help keep yourself healthy and happy in 2013. Sleep definitely seems like a very important part of every day.

  2. Oh very nice, your recommendations are spot-on. Good sleep is essential, if you are too wound up from the day, try some yoga and deep breathing. A healthy diet is important with green leafy vegetables as you mentioned and lots of pure water. And of course you want to get perfect skin, so always have a consistent skin care regimen that you adhere to. Here’s to being fabulous in 2013!

For number six I go with sunscreen and a little help from Nuvosa products. This line is still pretty unknown at the moment (I stumbled upon them on, where else but, google) but very effective products. I’m a fan of their Reborn Wrinkle Shield Moisturizer. You can go google them or just visit nuvosa anti-aging. Happy New Year, guys!

  4. The most important thing I have found for my skin is sleep. It’s also the hardest for me as I am an insomniac. I have a hard time with skincare products as I have sensitive skin and products that are for wrinkles and fine lines, etc. often leave my skin irritated.
