  2. Oh very nice, your recommendations are spot-on. Good sleep is essential, if you are too wound up from the day, try some yoga and deep breathing. A healthy diet is important with green leafy vegetables as you mentioned and lots of pure water. And of course you want to get perfect skin, so always have a consistent skin care regimen that you adhere to. Here’s to being fabulous in 2013!

    For number six I go with sunscreen and a little help from Nuvosa products.     The most important thing I have found for my skin is sleep. It’s also the hardest for me as I am an insomniac. I have a hard time with skincare products as I have sensitive skin and products that are for wrinkles and fine lines, etc. often leave my skin irritated.
