Ok, so maybe we can’t actually put a stop to aging but we sure can fight to slow the process! I’m in, who is with me?

Tip 1: Relax in a beautiful space. It doesn’t have to be an exotic beach getaway (but doesn’t it look nice?). Create a special space in your home that is calming for you.   2. I would love to try this. I always make sure I clean my face before bed. Always wear sunscreen on my face stay hydrated and plenty of sleep. I seem to have inherited the same lines and wrinkles as my mother. Lol. I have tried plenty of brands of skin care haven’t found right one.

  3. The most important thing I have found for my skin is sleep. It’s also the hardest for me as I am an insomniac. I have a hard time with skin care products as I have sensitive aging skin and products that are for wrinkles, etc. often leave my skin hurting or greasy. 🙁

  4. I work out to help me feel young. I have more energy and am able to keep up with my kiddos because I don’t feel sluggish and like a couch potato. I don’t just mean going to the gym either. Doing yard work or stretches at home. I love that my children see that I want to be healthy and they in turn do to.
